Quest 1 2024. Meta is axing quest 1 support for beat saber, a popular rhythm game where players use glowing sabers to slice musical blocks. Meta horizon home social features won't work starting on march 5, 2023, so quest 1 owners won't be able to invite others to their home or visit other homes.

The only exceptions are handful of multiplayer games where they where. Newly published apps and games will not show up on the original oculus.
